Orders are shipped out via FedEx / UPS. 

Our fulfillment centers are located in Georgia, Maryland and California to provide customers with fast and reliable free shipping.
Standard transit time is 3-5 business days depending on the customer's location from out fulfillment centers.

Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states within the United States, excluding PO boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands and Guam.

Tracking number will be emailed to customers once the order is shipped.
If you order large quantities in one purchase order, we will ship your order via palletized transport.

Please confirm important information below to ensure your order arrives on time:
Address information: please ensure your business address or residential address is correct.

*  If you place a large number of items, we provide you with pallet services to avoid any damaged in the violent transportation.

 If you don't have any tool to unload by yourself, we will offer the unloading service, Please make sure we have the best phone number to reach you and tell us the delivery time you could accept.

 We don't offer delivery upstairs service, hope your kind understanding!


30-Day money back guarantee and product return service


We offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. 

All product packaging (i.e. boxes, manuals, spare parts, etc.) must be returned with the item. An RA (Return Authorization) number is required for all returns and the return number will be given by our Customer Service Representative. A valid RA form must be put in box before shipping back. Products without all applicable tags are not acceptable for return.

In rare situation, if any item arrived damaged or missing spare parts, we''ll offer replacements or refund.

Please carefully review the following scenarios in which you will not qualify for a refund:

  • Products that have exceeded the 30-day return window.
  • Products damaged due to customer negligence (i.e. improper assembly, obvious man-made damage, etc.).
